Of course I think my own site http://nocnews.blogspot.com/ has done rather well based on both audience and impact. It seems most of these are from large population areas.
My site has actually led to a change in the way the local borough conducts business and the School District has come to post information instead of requiring people to visit the office to read it.
The site also recently hosted a program to help residents learn how to run for public office.
These positive contributions, coupled with a lack of negative and derogatory comments must be worth something;-)
