Another Wal Mart Coming To NEO
Wal-Mart has purchased nearly 21 acres in the Lighthouse Village
shopping center for more than $5.7 million, officials said yesterday.
The
property transfer of 20.7 acres from Lighthouse Village Partners LLC to
Wal-Mart went through for $5,784,821.60, Chief Deputy Auditor Craig
Snodgrass said. That's a price of about $279,460 per acre.
