Each country, state, and city page in the Placeblogger directory is accompanied by an OPML icon. Clicking on this icon will allow you to download a file containing the URLs of all of the RSS feeds from placeblogs within that region. It's one-stop shopping if you use an RSS reader and want to subscribe to all blogs for a city, state or region.
OPML stands for Outline Processor Markup Language. OPML can do many things, but one of the most popular uses of OPML is to create lists of RSS feeds. RSS newsreaders (sometimes called aggregators)can import an OPML file and allow the user to subscribe to some or all of the feeds within the OPML file.
