Phillip Barron on cycling and life.
Wandering through the Intersection of Theology and Everything Else
Expect me to write about the convergence of random events, the persistence of memory (Dali's melting version), juxtaposition of opposites, the phenomena of unintended consequences, and the mundane details of my life. Mostly, I expound on the absurdities of life in general, but the suburbs in particular.
I am deceptively handsome for someone who is significantly overweight. Don't get me wrong. I'm not washes-himself-with-a-rag-on-a-stick fat or bury-him-in-a-piano fat, but I could stand to lose 60 or 80. Almost none of what I say can be taken seriously. I love to write, and as a previously self-admitted fatty, I am a king of self-deprecating humor. I look for the humor in everyday life, and this is the meaty chunks of which I will write (note: overweight people often use food as adjectives and metaphors).
A personal blog about an ex Sydney girl moved to the country to escape suburbia hell. It contains random musings, philosophical thoughts, free music, resources and photos.
The Outside Context Journal; a walk through the life, thoughts and events in the life of its writer Basho.
