Many RE bloggers are using their blogs for posting the latest information on listings. That's a good strategy for a RE blog. But think of it a bit from the blog surfer's perspective, and why someone might want to read a Real Estate blog. Readers might be combing regional RE blogs for information on the communities they may be moving to in the future. They may also be looking for information on the overall Real Estate market in a particular region.
By adding information about the overall market of a region, or about community events, you are then turning a Real Estate blog of just listing into an information-destination Real Estate placeblog. Plus, by adding great new content beyond your listings you are adding you are creating new ways for your RE blog to get into search.
A few Real Estate placeblogs that you might want to check out that we know about are Kirkland Views and Pasco Real Estate Blog from Washington state for their great community information and South Beach Residential Blog/Miami Beach Real Estate for a range of information on the South Beach and Miami real estate scene. And there are many, many more Real Estate placeblogs in our listings to check out!
